Meet the Owner
Chris Baumy
Ninetynine Consulting was founded in 2024, following a period of discernment after my retirement from the Navy in 2022. At the end of my military career, my family and I faced difficult challenges, an identity crisis, and the uncertainty of what a middle-aged military retiree would do in the next phase of life. A life-altering event led me back to church shortly before retirement, as my family was broken because I hadn’t put God in control of my life. Even after recovery, I remained externally controlled by worldly concerns and stressed about what the world was doing to me, when I should have been internally guided by God and living my life in service to the world and Jesus Christ. This program has been developing for over 2 years, and though I’ve tried to deny God’s calling several times, the path has led me here before the cross to follow His direction—to equip leaders who will develop the ninety-nine into disciples and shepherds, reaching the prodigals and the lost in this nation and, God willing, across the world.
